نقش سرمایه‌ انسانی در توسعه ظرفیت خلق دانش سازمانی.

چکیده

در عصر دانایی­محوری سازمان­های پیشرو می­کوشند زیرساخت­های مورد نیاز برای اجرای موفقیت­آمیز مدیریت دانش را فراهم ­کنند و کارکنان خود را تشویق می­کنند تا به­گونه­ای فعالانه در فرایندهای مدیریت دانش مشارکت کنند و به خلق و تسهیم دانش سازمانی مساعدت کنند. یکی از این زیرساخت­های توانمندساز سرمایه انسانی است که به یکی از مهم­ترین سرمایه­های ارزشمند و ناملموس­ سازمان­ تبدیل شده است. در این راستا در این پژوهش به این مسئله اساسی پرداخته می­شود که سرمایه انسانی چگونه می­توانند به توسعه خلق دانش سازمانی کمک کنند. بدین منظور تاثیر چهار بعد از سرمایه انسانی (خبرگی،مهارت، تجربه  و تحصیلات) بر ظرفیت خلق دانش سازمانی بررسی می‌شود. روش تحقیق، توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری آن نیز شامل950 نفر مدیران و کارشناسان بانک اقتصاد نوین در تهران است که با نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انجام شده، 274 نفر آن‌ها به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان می­دهد همه ابعاد بررسی شده سرمایه انسانی بر ظرفیت خلق دانش سازمانی تاثیری معنادار و مثبت دارند. بر این مبنا پیشنهادهایی به مدیران و پژوهشگران ارائه می­شود.
