Abstract
the goal of this study is to recognize ghastly influences impacting endurance among defense organizations. This study has employed a mixed-method approach, combining qualitative and quantitative research methods sequentially. The qualitative stage is carried out to identify factors affecting the resilience of employees. Several defense organization experts are participating in this stage, to conduct interviews”. The data for this phase was gathered using a semi-structured interview approach and then examined using the thematic analysis method with the assistance of MAXQDA software. The quantitative section was used to validate this model, The employees of a defense organization constitute the statistical population at this stage. The sampling was conducted using a random approach. The information from this phase was gathered using a survey and examined utilizing the structural equation model technique in PLS software.
The factors that were identified have been categorized into three primary groups based on the selection method: behavioral factors (personality, social well-being), cognitive factors (development of organizational self-esteem, psychological well-being), and sociocultural factors (development of social capital, development of work groups, spiritual well-being, organizational support, physical well-being, development of human resources). The results obtained through quantitative analysis further validate the accuracy of the classification performed. The order of importance for these factors is as follows: socio-cultural factors, cognitive factors, and behavioral factors, respectively.
