The moderating role of work ethic on the effect of knowledge sharing on entrepreneurship The present study is entitled The effect of knowledge sharing on organizational entrepreneurship by studying the moderating role of work ethic in the development credit institution. In the early stages, theoretical literature and studies and research conducted in relation to the research topic were reviewed and the research literature chapter was written using the collected information. Then, in order to measure the research variables from the field method and tools Questionnaires were used. Then the questionnaires were distributed among the statistical sample of the research which included 210 employees in different areas of the organization. . In examining the main hypothesis of the research, it was found that the work ethic modifier variable was also included in the model. This variable can be considered as a modifier of the relationship between the two variables of organizational entrepreneurship and knowledge sharing in this organization. The correlation between the above variables is 0.895 in the second model and is at a high level. Also, the coefficient of determination indicates that 0.8% of the changes in the dependent variable of the organizational entrepreneurship component is covered by the independent variable of knowledge sharing.
