The Journal of Human Resource Studies (JHRS) is a peer-reviewed open-access quarterly journal in Persian (with English abstracts and bibliographies) devoted to the fields of human resources (HR) management, organizational behavior. It is published by Shahid Sattari Aeronautical University and is scientifically sponsored by the Scientific Association of Organizational Behavior Management of Iran (SAOBMI).  The journal aims to publish research and review papers on the most recent issues and developments in the field. All papers are subject to a double-blind reviewing process.
